Very quick update~

  • Raise Shield Action now only gets you to shield against the next attack
  • Defined "to-hit" rolls as rolls forced when a target parries, evades, or has cover
  • Opportunity Attacks don't do half damage anymore (giving up an OoP to attack is already risky, both Kadungganan and Foe side)

Buffs

  • Accurate - Now gives you +1 to your to-hit roll, stacks thrice
  • Elusive - The attack you try to parry or evade has -1, stacks thrice (notable in that it does not apply to cover)
  • Inaccurate - Now gives the attacker -1 to the to-hit roll, stacks thrice (buncha Control Disciplines get this)

Debuffs

  • Juggled makes it so that you can only perform 1 Out of Phase Action. (This does not stack with other Debuffs, so having both Juggled and Hindered would still leave you with 1 Out of Phase Action.)
  • Unbalanced now bars you from parrying and all attacks you try to evade gets +1
  • Marked is a -1 damage penalty when making an attack that does not include the combatant that marked you as a target

Discipline Changes

  • Mangangayaw Water Dancer Feature makes it so that when they're Slowed they still get to move 2
  • Mentala Tagos is replaced with the newer one above, Piercing is pretty strong
  • A bit more across the board, mostly just letting some Disciplines take advantage of Inaccurate. 

Additional Changes

  • Clarified Bolstering Song: "If a blast or burst attack is done within the zone, all allies within the zone gets Barrier equal to theirBreath. This removes the zone, diffusing it."
  • Change Mag-sabil Berserker Bonuses
  • Fixed War God's Diwa Typo
  • Bludgeons explained to deal 2 extra damage to armored.
  • Water Buffalo Crushes Boulders has been changed as well: When you Raise Shield with a Shield, you no longer become Slowed, and you may move 3 spaces in a straight line in any direction.
  • Armors and Shields no longer reduce Move. Instead, Heavy Armor prevents you from getting to Avoid. Shields make you Slowed now until the start of your next Phase.
  • Clarified some Techniques, made them choose yourself or an ally, since Allies don't count yourself. Mostly healing Techniques, because we don't want Raiders to be able to just grab damage boosting techs willy-nilly and boosting themselves, we want teamplay for that (and they already get damage boosters).
  • And a lot more changes, please refer to the PDF! (Flourishes are all removed, ranges on Implements, Bamboo Prayer Strips are changed, Kalabaw Kshatriya and Mag-sabil Features are tweaked).

MA Tweaks
changed some enemy traits to reflect OAs being full damage.
