Ohoy Kadungganan!

As promised, here are hotfixes to the PDF. As always, I beg for your patience and understanding, as I am writing all of this alone, and so only when it comes out do people catch glaring errors and the like.

Some of the changes are as follows!

• Violence starts at 3 now. Because you only get 3 Tier ups. This should provide more freedom in starting builds.
• The dice cap is raised to 20. So at higher Ranks, Techniques that give more dice to an attack are still desirable. In a 15 dice cap structure, with most Kadungganan getting 12~14 dice at their highest ranks, accuracy spells and Techniques might become undesirable.
• Removed instances of Reach.
• Fixed and rejiggered some Profession Abilities around.
• Fixed duration on Axes and Blades. Their respective conditions last until the target's next Initiate now.
• Bludgeons no longer ignore armor.
