Hey all! Here's a quick update to the core. It's mostly typo and clarification fixes, as well as formatting fixes.

- Clarified that each Meka can only have one kind of each AGIMAT.
- Lowered starting AGIMAT slots.
- Put in missing ranges, Sizes, and Action Tags.
- Put in that the [MELEE] tag, if it does not have a number or different range, is considered as having [REACH 1]
